  • Reduced technology overhead costs by over 40% by converting to a 100% cloud based workforce and consolidating core systems to Salesforce, including our AMS, CMS, website hosting, and financial systems.

      • Seamlessly integrated all external systems with Salesforce as the key system of record.

  • Led development of a custom, Salesforce based, application forms system replacing a large series of external services.

      • Created universal fellowship application system used by all hand fellowship programs in the United States.

  • Strategized and led the re-implementation of all ASSH websites transitioning from an IBM hosted DNN infrastructure to Salesforce hosted websites - ASSH Main Site, Hand.e, Foundation, Annual Meeting, Handcare (our public facing site), and more.
